What is menopause?
Menopause is an important part of aging in women's lives. It is not a disorder or medical condition. Usually, menopause starts with missed periods year-round. After menopause starts, the menopausal woman can not get pregnant, and her menstrual cycle permanently stops.
Usually, the time of getting menopause is 45 to 55. But the average of menopause in USA is 52.
Many women feel relaxed as there is no tension for periods. As the period is painful for many of us buying tampons and discarding them and the stupid period cramps.
Many of get happy not to worry about the contraceptive pill and hormone injection.
But it is not happier for everyone because many of woman faces problems with the menopausal syndrome.
American and African woman suffer most rather than south Asian woman
That's why i was wondering why my mother or granny never told me about the symptoms. may be that have never gone through that much sufferings. and also my mother in law is totally fine at her menopause. because we are south asian..
